Anyway, there are many companies who restrict the Internet usage and I'm trying, but don't get it at all. If you don't motivate your employees, they won't work anyway; if they can't browse the net, they'll do something else - play Solitaire or whatever.
But yes, it's quite easy - make the people come to work so we can see them and forbid them private e-mails or web: and then we're done with management.
